Packaging Premedia becomes Marvaco

Finland's leading packaging prepress -company Packaging Premedia Oy is renamed today to Marvaco Oy. Packaging Premedia has four subsidiaries since 2008: Sata-Flexo, Marvaco, B-Fast and Macrepro. We have operations in Ulvila, Tampere and Helsinki. Also a sales office opened in Kokkola during spring 2012.
The subsidiaries will also be renamed to Marvaco Oy. Renaming our operations and offices will clarify and unify operations internally and toward our customers. We have a strong quality and service –driven culture, and we strive to advocate this under one name and a clear identity. The change will also change our visual appearance to a brand new united appearance during this autumn.
Changing the name does not alter operations. It clarifies them. In our experience, the myriad of names has obscured the customers understanding of services and products. The former name did not represent the company’s expanded operations. We produce a wide variety of added value –services to our customer. The new name Marvaco was chosen due to it’s well-known status among our clientele and internationally.
A skilful companion and rewarded customer cooperation
Packaging Premedia has undertaken a significant strategy and clarification –process during the first half of year 2012. During this time the principals of operations were defined into four values: Accountability, Friendliness, Creativity and Courage. We strive to maintain these values through management and the whole working community interactions.
We are the customer’s skilful companion and help our partners succeed with our extensive know-how and passionate approach. With tight cooperation with customers, we have achieved over twenty awards during the last decade. The latest recognitions are from spring 2012, gold from European contests and silver from the world wide EFIA Print Awards –competition.
We thank our partners for enabling us, through cooperation, to become a leading operator with superior quality and skilled personnel. Mutual success with our customers has set flight to our turnover and amount of personnel. This cooperation and development will evolve with a united Marvaco Oy.
